The annual meeting enjoyed a good turn out of  folk, all subjects on the agenda worked through in order.

It was decided that the introduction of the third class to compliment the rather dated twin class system used since our inception was a
great success & will be copied through to the new season.  Class structure will again read: Novice, Semi-Expert & Expert.

Please note: Re: rules regulation booklet...
It is the norm that, "If your competing vehicle should contain a member from a class above that particular class that you yourself
have entered, you will automatically be entered into that class during the event."

-----------------

Other issues:
As per the rules/regs 08/09. "Positions will be deemed final & irreversible on announcement of the results pertaining to that event."

It was also noted that although we cannot control the rising cost of foodstuffs etc, organisers should attempt to make every effort
to control the spend with regard to the post event buffet supplied as is the norm. A £50.00 cap should be sought where possible.
